The 360 GROUP acts in the position of Seller’s Mandatary, offering a reliable and extremely professional connection between real buyers and our Sellers, all previously validated and with confirmed performances, with their own AQSIQ codes and permission to sell to China as well.
Therefore, 360 GROUP is contractually responsible with the Sellers for the intermediation, management, compliance and validation of documentation, for negotiating prices and procedures. For sending the SCO's (Corporate Offer), receiving LOI's (Letter of Intent) and ICPO's (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) of the buyers and for the adequacy of the buyer's proposal to the offer of the Seller (supplier), when possible.
